For participation in the conference and drawing up the conference program it is needed to fill the application form by November 01, 2019 by the link (individually for each participant).

Also the speakers should send the report materials, abstract/presentation to the e-mail: viddil6@ukr.net.

The article (completed in accordance with the preparation procedure) must be submitted before April 15, 2019

The attendee’s registration deadline is before May 13, 2019

The cost of living is paid by the participants INDEPENDENTLY

The articles of the conference participants will be published in the scientific and technical collection «DOROGI I MOSTI»/«ROADS  AND  BRIDGES» (oficcial site) which is included in the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine (Order of Ministry of  Education and Science of Ukraine dated December 21, 2015 - № 13-28)

All abstracts will be published in the collection of abstracts of the conference

The researchers who will make a report and publish their scientific papers in the collection, as well as the members of the Organizing Committee are exempted from participation fee

The paper’s length is: 7-15 pages. А4 format (not less than 12 thousand printed characters and not more than 30 thousand printed characters with spaces excluding the list of references and abstracts).

The language of the paper is Ukrainian, Russian, English.

The text of the article has to be edited in Microsoft Word, *.doc or *.docx format, Times New Roman font, size 11, space -1, 0 pt after the paragraph.

Figures that contain illustrative materials (photo, drawing, picture, etc.) have to be in *.jpg format with a resolution of not less than 500x500 points with one space from the main text.

Formulas are to be inserted into the paper by using of Microsoft Word "Formula" editor.

The following should be included in the paper:

The paper’s title, Universal decimal classifier (UDC); the conclusions; a list of references; abstracts and a list of key words (in Ukrainian, Russian, English).

The structure of a scientific paper should include the following elements:

• statement of the issue in general and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks;
• analysis of recent research and publications in which the solution of this issue was initiated and which the author focuses on with the stress made on the previously unsolved parts of a general issue this paper relates to;
• formulation of the paper’s objectives (statement of the task);
• setting forth the core research material followed by the full justification of obtained scientific results ;
• the conclusions from this study and the prospects for further investigations in this direction.

It is necessary to add to the papers the review by a scientific supervisor, a consultant or an expert on the issue under the study
