ESTIMATED SALARY 2021
The State Statistics Service of Ukraine has disseminated information on the average monthly salary in construction industry for 12 months of 2020, which consists UAH 9,832.00.
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 671 dated July 29, 2020 the forecast consumer price index for the current year is 108.1%.
Thus, in accordance with Paragraph 4 of the Procedure of estimated salary calculation which is taken into account during determination of facilities construction cost, approved by the Order of Ministry of Regional Development No. 281 dated 20.10.2016 and registered in the Ministry of Justice 11.11.2016 by No.1469/29599, the customer has to determine on his own the level of the estimated salary, which is taken into account during determination of road works cost, but not less than UAH 10628.39 for normal conditions of construction by 3.8 category of complexity of works !!!
