PUBLIC PROCUREMENTS
Today, Artem Bezuglyi, Director of “DerzhdorNDI” SE, took part in the online conference "Public Procurements in the Road Industry. What we have succeeded, what are we striving for?" which was organized by the National Association of Road Workers of Ukraine.
Among the speakers were the representatives of the Ministry of Economy, PIARC - World Road Association, NGOs and expert organizations.
The Director presented at the event the qualification criteria involved by new Methodology for procurements of road works approved by the Ministry of Economy. Complete text of it can be found by the link - https://goo.su/2k6h
The approval of the Road Works Procurements Methodology is an important step in the formation of clear and unified “rules of play” for all market participants.
We hope that the Methodology will still be mandatory but not just the recommendation.
