Subcommittee 5 TC 311

Subcommittee 5 "Pricing in the Construction of Highways" of the Technical Committee for Standardization 311 "Pricing and Cost Estimated Normalization in Construction" created on the basis of "DerzhdorNDI" SE in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine dated January 11, 2012, No. 18 "About the Establishment of Technical Committee for Standardization "Pricing and Cost Estimated Normalization in Construction " and taking into account the principle of representation of all interested parties.

TC 311 is the subject of the national system of standardization and performs the functions of elaboration, reviewing, agreeing and maintenance of national standards in the field of pricing and cost estimated normalization in construction in accordance with the approved Regulation.

TC 311 activity involves authorized representatives of executive authorities, other state bodies, local governments, business entities and their public associations, employers' organizations and their associations, scientific institutions and educational institutions, scientific and technical and engineering societies (unions), public organizations of consumers (consumer associations), other public associations, trade unions, leading scientists and specialists.
