BRIDGE TESTING
"DerzhdorNDI" SE team makes an important contribution to the restoration of bridges, which are so necessary for the logistics of civil and military cargo. In recent weeks alone, numerous visits were made for static and dynamic testing of a number of bridge structures, which were subsequently opened for traffic by the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Services:
The bridge over the Dniester River connecting Chernivtsi and Ternopil regions.
On this bridge, static and dynamic testing was carried out by loading the structure according to 5 schemes, using four 4-axle trucks with an average weight of about 35 tons.
Overpass over the railroad on the M-10 Lviv - Krakovets road (near the city of Lviv).
This overpass was subject to static and dynamic testing after construction works. The test was carried out by loading the structure according to 6 schemes using four 4-axle trucks with an average weight of about 33 tons.
Bridge over the Eastern Strypa River in Ternopil region.
On this bridge, static and dynamic testing was carried out by loading the structure according to 6 schemes using two 4-axle trucks with an average weight of about 32 tons.
Overpass over the railroad on the P-41 highway "Ternopil bypass".
Static and dynamic testing was carried out on this overpass after the repair work. The test was carried out by loading the structure in 12 schemes using four 4-axle trucks with an average weight of about 36 tons.
A teel modular bridge made of Acrow MABEY Bridge C200 series standard modules on the highway H-09 Mukachevo - Rakhiv - Bohorodchany - Ivano-Frankivsk - Rohatyn - Bibrka - Lviv in the Transcarpathian region.
Our team participated in static and dynamic tests by loading the structure according to 7 schemes, using four 4-axle trucks with an average weight of about 33 tons.
Based on the results of the tests, we obtained the actual characteristics of the bridge elements and structures, performed a technical assessment of their load-bearing capacity, determined the actual load capacity of the superstructures and provided recommendations for their further operation.
We are grateful to our entire team of bridge builders who, despite the weather conditions and weekends, performed their work with integrity and diligence.
